My Wish List

I love books that are rich in storytelling,  make a difference and offer a unique perspective and possibility to readers. A fantastic book is one that stays with you well after the reading.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

  • Books under the Mind, Body, Spirit umbrella
  • Non-fiction books that make a difference to the world, whether it is  sharing a different perspective on well-known subjects or sharing untold histories and stories
  • Epic fantasy (No Romantasy please) – think books along the lines of The Wheel of Time, Ember in the Ashes, The Mistborn Saga. Fantasy fiction for me includes great world building, ambigious characters, political intrigue and a solid magical system.
  • Middle Grade Fantasy Fiction
  • Uplifting fiction especially ones that involve communities coming together and making a difference
  • Magical Realism

Frankie Paz

Frankie Paz has been living a plant-based lifestyle for over 15 years, inspired by her vegan 95-year-old grandma, and her time living in sustainable communities in South America.

Frankie healed her own mind and body of addiction after years of fast living in London, by reconnecting with nature and developing her own delicious nourishing food, tonics and potions.

She learned through living off the land and studying raw cuisine in LA. She hosts intimate supper clubs in London and witnessed how bringing food back to the ceremony can transform people’s lives. She saw firsthand that sharing stories around a meal was as much part of the healing power as the food and how bringing food back to the ceremony is vital to connection to ourselves and each other.
